Want to change it?
Follow this simple steps:
1. Go to the 'text' sub directory in your San Andreas directory (usually C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\text)
2. MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF THE FILES IN THAT DIRECTORY.
(If not, click here!)
3. Start XVI32.
4. Open the GXT file (american.gxt for most people) in XVI32.
5.
Press Search->Find in the menu (may be different for other hex
editors).
6. Press 'Text string'. Type 'USER TRACK PLAYER' in the top
text box (without the quotes, but WITH the capitals). Press 'OK'.
7. It should have found it if you followed the last step correctly.
8.
Press the highlighted 'U' on the right panel, the right panel should
then turn white. Type what you want the radio station to be called (MUST
BE 17 LETTERS OR LESS).
9. You will probably have some letters left
from the old text, so press the blue highlighted number on the left
panel (the left panel should turn white).
10. To make the unused letters blank, keep pressing space.
11. Save. (CTRL + S)
12. Play!
P.S: If the name doesn't show up or the trick doesn't work and you followed every step of this post. Open the .gxt file again and find your specified radio station name, and you got some white spaces? Click delete until you only have one space to the next string. That's all for now! Peace! ~Jinx
